What is the Margaritaville Gift Card?
The Margaritaville Gift Card is a prepaid gift card available for purchase online and at participating Margaritaville branded locations in USD.

Where can the Margaritaville Gift Card be used?
The Margaritaville Gift Card can be used to pay for products and services at participating Margaritaville locations. It cannot be used for online purchases, phone orders, or at non-participating locations.

Can I purchase Margaritaville Gift Cards for my business?
Yes. Businesses can purchase physical or digital gift cards in bulk for corporate purposes. Margaritaville Gift Cards are a great reward for employee incentives, years of service, retirement gifts or customer loyalty.

Do I need an account to purchase Margaritaville Gift Cards for my business?

Yes, you will need to register for a Corporate Account here . Once approved, you will receive a temporary password by email and can begin purchasing Margaritaville Gift Cards for your business.

What bulk purchasing options are available to businesses?

There are three options to choose from:

1. Physical Gift Cards

2. Digital Gift Cards—One Recipient: To send e-gift cards to a single recipient, complete the “Value” and “Quantity” fields in your order. After payment is processed, the recipient will receive an email with a CSV file containing links to each of the e-gift cards for distribution.

3. Digital Gift Cards—Multiple Recipients: To send e-gift cards to multiple recipients in a single order, complete an easy-to-use template and upload it. You can customize the card values, quantities, recipient details, and personalized messages. The cards will be emailed directly to the recipients.

What method of payment do you accept for bulk Margaritaville Gift Card purchases?

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which includes both bank wire and ACH payments. Payment instructions for both methods will be provided at checkout. Neither physical gift cards nor digital gift cards will be shipped or delivered until payment has been received in full.

Do you offer discounts for bulk Margaritaville Gift Card purchases?

Yes, we offer the following discounts for bulk gift card purchases.

0% discount for orders between $2,000 and $4,999
5% discount for orders between $5,000 and $19,999
6% discount for orders between $20,000 and $49,999
7% discount for orders above $50,000

What currencies can be loaded on the Margaritaville Gift Card?
The Margaritaville Gift Card can be purchased in USD currency only.

What values is the Margaritaville Gift Card available in?
For bulk purchases, Margaritaville Gift Cards are available in denominations ranging from $25 to $1,000. The minimum purchase for bulk orders is $2,000, and the maximum daily purchase limit is $100,000.

If you wish to purchase less than $2,000, you can buy digital gift cards online at https://www.margaritaville.com/gift-cards or physical gift cards at participating Margaritaville branded locations. Please note that for consumer purchases, there is a daily purchase limit of $2,000 per person.

Are there any shipping and handling charges?
Yes, shipping and handling charges apply to bulk physical Margaritaville Gift Card purchases. Shipping options and costs will be provided at checkout and vary based on the delivery method selected.

How long does a bulk gift card order take to be processed and delivered?
Bulk orders will be processed as soon as payment has been received. For EFT payments, approval can take up to 3 business days after payment is sent. Once approved, your order will be released for fulfillment. Shipping time will depend on the delivery option selected (physical or digital) and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is complete. After payment is processed, your order will be released for shipment, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

I have entered the wrong recipient’s email address on my bulk digital gift card order. Am I able to change this?

To modify the recipient’s email address on a Digital Gift Cards—Multiple Recipients order, please contact corporategiftcards@margaritaville.com. Please note that changes to the recipient’s name or message cannot be made once the order is placed.

How does someone use the Margaritaville Gift Card?
At the time of payment, please present the Margaritaville Gift Card at a participating Margaritaville branded location. Total charges are reduced from the amount available on the Margaritaville Gift Card. Margaritaville Gift Cards cannot be retroactively applied once a purchase is complete.

Can the Margaritaville Gift Card be redeemed for products or services sold in another currency?
Yes, the Margaritaville Gift Card can be used to pay for products and services at participating Margaritaville locations. If the product or service is priced in a currency other than USD, the redeemed amount will be converted to the local currency.

Can a cardholder pay the difference if their purchase exceeds the balance on their Margaritaville Gift Card?
Yes. If the total purchase cost exceeds the amount of the Margaritaville Gift Card, the difference can be paid using other forms of payment, such as cash or a credit card.

Are there any activation or redemption fees?

There are no fees on the activation or redemption of the Margaritaville Gift Card.

How can a Margaritaville Gift Card holder track their Gift Card balance?

Is the Margaritaville Gift Card reloadable?
Margaritaville Gift Cards purchased and/or activated after August 12, 2024, are reloadable. To reload your card, please visit https://www.margaritaville.com/gift-cards or a participating Margaritaville location.

Margaritaville Gift Cards purchased and/or activated before this date are not reloadable.

Is the Margaritaville Gift Card transferable?
Yes, once purchased, the Margaritaville Gift Card can be gifted to anyone (resale for compensation is prohibited). The Terms and Conditions of the Margaritaville Gift Card will apply to the new cardholder.

What if a Margaritaville Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed?
The Margaritaville Gift Card has no value until activated. Please treat the card as cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed cards, or cards used without authorization, will not be refunded or replaced.

Can I return my Margaritaville Gift Card?
No. Margaritaville Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded. They are not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

Do Margaritaville Gift Cards expire?
No, Margaritaville Gift Cards do not expire. However, Margaritaville promotional cards or certificates issued for promotional purposes may have an expiration date.
